Who we are

Jeenie Media Inc. operates jeeniemedia.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how to get it deleted. Questions: johnny@jeeniemedia.com

What we collect

When you request access to our gated pages, we collect the name, email address, company and role you enter in the form. We collect nothing else about you directly.

Our host, Vercel, records standard server logs including IP address, browser type and pages requested. We use these for security and to detect abuse.

We do not sell your data. We do not serve advertising. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.

Cookies

We set two cookies, both strictly functional:

  • An access cookie when your request is approved, so the gated pages stay open to you. It lasts 30 days.
  • A short-lived admin session cookie, used only by Jeenie Media Inc. staff.

We set no advertising or analytics cookies. Embedded YouTube players may set their own cookies — see below.

YouTube API Services

This site embeds YouTube players and may use YouTube API Services to display video and channel information.

By using this site you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms

Google’s Privacy Policy, which governs how Google handles data collected through those services, is at: http://www.google.com/policies/privacy

What this means in practice: when a YouTube player loads on our pages, Google may collect information about your device and viewing, and may set cookies, under Google’s own policy rather than ours. We do not receive personal information about you from the embedded player.

Beyond embedded players, any use of YouTube API Services by Jeenie Media Inc. is limited to channels Jeenie Media Inc. owns.

If you have granted this site access to any of your Google or YouTube data, you can revoke it at any time through the Google security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions

Meta Platforms — Facebook and Instagram

If Jeenie Media Inc. integrates Meta APIs — Facebook or Instagram — in the future, any access would be limited to accounts Jeenie Media Inc.owns, and to what Meta authorizes at that time.

We would not build profiles of Facebook or Instagram users, sell data, or share it with third parties.

Meta’s Privacy Policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy

Revoking access: a page owner can remove an app at any time under Facebook Settings, Business Integrations.

TikTok

If Jeenie Media Inc. integrates TikTok developer services in the future, any access would be limited to accounts Jeenie Media Inc. owns, and to what TikTok authorizes at that time.

We would not access data belonging to other TikTok creators or users.

TikTok’s Privacy Policy: https://www.tiktok.com/legal/privacy-policy

Revoking access: an app’s authorization can be removed at any time in TikTok account settings.

How we use these platform integrations

This applies to every platform above — YouTube, Meta and TikTok.

Any Jeenie Media Inc. tooling that uses these APIs is internal to the company: it runs on company-owned hardware, is not accessible from the public internet, has no sign-up, and has no users outside Jeenie Media Inc..

We are not a service offered to third parties and we do not resell or redistribute any platform data.

Data retention: any platform data would be stored only on company-controlled systems and kept only as long as needed for our own content operations. Deletion requests follow the process in Deleting your data above.

Privacy requests: johnny@jeeniemedia.com

How we use it

  • To decide whether to approve an access request
  • To send you the access link and reply to your enquiry
  • To keep the gated pages secure and prevent automated abuse

We share it with: Upstash (stores access requests), Resend (sends our email), and Vercel (hosts the site). Each processes data only to provide that service. We share it with nobody else.

How long we keep it

  • Approved access requests: while access is active, then up to 12 months
  • Denied or abandoned requests: up to 90 days
  • Server logs: as retained by Vercel under their standard policy

Deleting your data

Email johnny@jeeniemedia.com and ask. We will delete your personal data within 30 days and confirm when it is done. You can also ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.

Security

Access requests are stored in an encrypted, access-controlled database. Links we email are single-use and expire. Only Jeenie Media Inc. staff can approve requests.

Children

This site is for business enquiries and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes affecting people with active access will be emailed.
