These terms cover this website and any internal content operations tooling Jeenie Media Inc. uses.

Any such tooling is internal to the company: it runs on company-owned hardware, is not publicly accessible, has no sign-up, and has no users outside Jeenie Media Inc.. It is not a service offered to third parties.

By using any Jeenie Media Inc. service that accesses YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms

Any such tooling is used only to manage Jeenie Media Inc.’s own content, on accounts Jeenie Media Inc. owns. Where platform API access is used, it is limited to those owned accounts.

We do not use it to access, collect or act on data belonging to other creators, brands or platform users. We do not resell or redistribute platform data, and we do not offer access to it.

Where Jeenie Media Inc. uses, or may in future use, the platforms below, your use of each is also governed by that platform’s own terms:

This website and our tool are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it is complete or current.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jeenie Media Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to this website or our tool.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

If we change these terms we will update the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
